Accreditation Framework
The accreditation framework guides the coordination efforts of the NPSC and includes the principles, standards, and attributes for parent education and support services in Jamaica. The National Parenting Programme Accreditation Committee (NPPAC), appointed by the NPSC Board of Directors, exercises the following functions:

Formulate standards of practice for parenting support and education providers

Formulate criteria and methods for application, evaluation and accreditation of parenting programmes on the basis of standards, and of policies approved by the Board

Accredit, provide conditional accreditation, deny or withdraw accreditation of a parenting programme
04
Review and where necessary make recommendations to the Board for the improvement and effectiveness of the NPSC’s accreditation policy.
